Lidyar Indhira Putri, S.H., LL.M

Partner
Lidyar graduated and obtained her Bachelor of Laws (S.H) from Universitas Indonesia (University of Indonesia) in 2011. She attended a mandatory training for advocate in 2011 and passed Indonesia Advocate Bar Exam in the same year. She holds the membership of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), the membership of Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI) and Association of Personal Data Officer (APPDI). Further, with the national scholarship from the Indonesian Government, she pursued her Master of Laws (LL.M) from University of Minnesota, United States in 2016. 

After she joined several reputable firms in Jakarta, she established LOKA LAW OFFICE in 2019, the firm that is committed to provide the utmost optimal legal service to its clients in the midst of Indonesian fast and dynamic economic growth which moving to the digital and modern era, in order to make the clients feel comfortable to do business in Indonesia.

During her professional works, she represented various clients, both foreign investment and local companies, in many sectors, including construction, real estate, manufacture, electricity, trading, department store, plantation, energy and renewable energy etc. to provide legal assistance and legal advice in relation to cross-border transaction, foreign investment, structured finance, various service agreement, property procurement, employment, dispute and settlement, due diligence etc. She has been named in Asian Legal Business 2022 Indonesia Rising Star.


Genta Yaumal Quds, S.H.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree with Cum laude predicate from Universitas Islam Indonesia (Indonesia Islamic University) in 2012. She passed the Indonesia Bar Exam and holds the membership of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). After graduation, she joined Jakarta International Law Office, a law firm in Jakarta, and promoted to a senior associate. In 2014, she had an internship in a law firm named SAKURA International and Patent Law Office, in Nagoya, Japan. She also attended numerous legal trainings to sharpen her legal skills before finally joining LOKA LAW OFFICE in 2019. She has been named in Asian Legal Business 2024 Indonesia Rising Star.

She has represented clients in various business fields, and has experiences related to merger & acquisition, company establishment (including domestic investment, foreign investment, joint venture), employment, intellectual property rights, construction, legal due diligence, legal opinion, legal research, as well as regulation, various contract drafting (including employment agreement, permanent or non-permanent employment agreement, joint venture agreement, cooperation agreement, loan agreement, settlement agreement, non-disclosure agreement), daily corporate matters such as circular resolution of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioner, circular resolution for Extraordinary/General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), company regulation, legal practise in the courts and Indonesia National Board of Arbitration (BANI).

Gita Armarosa Putri Sembiring, S.H.

COUNSEL
Gita obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada under the International Undergraduate Program, majoring in Business Law. During her academic years, Gita actively participated in various international law school competitions, among others Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vienna) and International Client Consultation Competition. She also received JASSO Scholarship to attend International Summer School in Nagoya University back in 2013. She also started her training as a corporate lawyer early, by taking internships in several prominent law offices in Jakarta during her semester breaks. After her graduation in 2014, she promptly got into practice as a corporate lawyer. Prior to joining LOKA Law Office in 2020, Gita worked as an associate in several international affiliated law firms in Jakarta.

Her major practice area is foreign investment and general corporate matters. She has extensive knowledge about the practice of foreign investment in Indonesia and business compliances in various aspects. She supports our clients in their day-to-day activities by providing advice, reviewing and preparing legal documents, as well representing them in discussion with government institutions and business partners. She is also an experienced lawyer for transactional works such performing legal due diligence, preparing transaction documents and handling completion procedures.

Gita has a strong interest in antitrust, consumer goods, data protection and TMT (technology, media and telecommunication) matters. Gita is fully admitted to the Indonesian Bar (a registered member of PERADI). She speaks fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

SINTA DYAH KIRANA, S.H., LL.M.

Sinta Dyah Kirana earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H) from Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) in 2019 with Cumlaude degree. During her academic years, her research focus lies on the International Humanitarian Law area. Further, supported by the prestigious national scholarship from the Indonesian Government, in 2024 she also completed her Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom with Dissertation title of State’s Responsibility for the Failure of Cyber Due Diligence Incumbent on Private Companies which focuses on the International Human Rights and Business Technology Law area.


As an experienced Legal Consultant, Sinta has leveraged her extensive knowledge in corporate affairs to support businesses in navigating complex legal matters effectively, such as providing comprehensive legal opinions and advice to clients on various corporate matters, reviewing and drafting a wide range of agreements and contracts, and conducting in-depth regulatory research and analysis. She also has performed Legal Due Diligence, experienced in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) transactions, register company regulations, managing corporate governance matters such as Board of Directors' and Commissioners' resolutions, as well as resolutions for Extraordinary/General Meetings of Shareholders (EGMS). Through these experiences, it has enhanced her expertise in corporate law, strengthened her ability to manage legal projects, and sharpened her skills in providing strategic legal support to client’s businesses.

RICHARD AKIRA FELICIANO, S.H.

 Associate
Richard graduated cum laude  with a Bachelor of Law (S.H./LLB) from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2022, specializing in business law under the International Undergraduate Program. Throughout his university years, he actively represented UGM in various legal competitions, including Piala Hafni Sjahruddin Contract Drafting and Negotiation Competition in 2019, Legal Opinion Competition organized by the Business Law Community, and LOC organized by Asian Law Students Association in 2021.

Richard has completed the mandatory advocate training (PKPA) and is currently waiting for the results of the Bar Examination. At LOKA LAW OFFICE, he has been involved in legal due diligence, contract review as well as providing advice on various topics such as cross-border personal data transfer, employment, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.

YASIFA FEBRIANI, S.H.

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE  (in trainee)
Yasyfa graduated cum laude from Universitas Islam Indonesia's (UII) International Program with a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) in 2023, specializing in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. Her studies focused on business and human rights, women and children in armed conflict, and refugee protection. She actively represented her university in various legal competitions, including the International Humanitarian Law Moot Court, the Jean-Pictet Competition, and several Model United Nations. Before joining LOKA LAW OFFICE, Yasyfa was a researcher at the Centre for Human Rights Studies, where she helped develop policies to protect vulnerable groups in the judiciary. She also interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, conducting legal and policy research on international peace and security, and at a law firm, where she worked on contracts, drafted documents, and supported case strategies. Additionally, Yasyfa has coached participants in international humanitarian law competitions.

During her tenure at LOKA LAW OFFICE, Yasyfa has assisted her seniors on a wide range of legal matters, including investment transactions, contract review, and legal due diligence. She has also conducted research on emerging topics such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) regulations, as well as personal data protection laws.

khalila rania zahra, S.H

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (in trainee)
Khalila earned her Bachelor of Law degree with honors from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2024, focusing on ICT and IP Law. During her studies, she was actively involved in international law school competitions, including serving as a delegate in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in 2022 and later as a coach in 2023. Additionally, Khalila was awarded the IISMA Scholarship, which allowed her to participate in a student exchange program at Korea University in 2022. Before joining LOKA Law Office, she gained experience interning at a prominent law firm in Jakarta. She has a keen interest in data protection and TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications) issues. Khalila is proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
